1. The “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List” is an incomplete list, and all the information in the list is provided by related companies.

2. The companies included in this list are not necessarily the ones certified or recommended by Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento do Sector Energético (hereinafter to be referred to as GDSE), nor are the companies not included in this list the ones that are not certified nor recommended.

3. Any Companies interested to be on the list can do so by filling out the application forms and submit them in person or mail them to GDSE office. GDSE has the right to accept, include all or part of the information in the list.

4. Application forms submitted via mail may be exposed to unknown risk, and it may be seen or used by a third-party. Thus, GDSE will not be liable for any damage or loss due to any mentioned or unmentioned risk. Information collected by GDSE will only serve the purpose of “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List”.

5. GDSE does not guarantee and warrant the correctness and completeness of the information contained in the “Energy-saving Equipment List”, and GDSE will not be liable for any damages or loss due to the use of this list and GDSE will not hold any liabilities to any companies included in this list.

6. “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List” is only used for information exchange and reference. The energy-saving result of any product or service mentioned in the list has not been testified or verified. GDSE does not guarantee or warrant the authenticity, dependability and accuracy of the information stated in the list, and GDSE does not certify or recommend it either directly or indirectly. Before using this list, users shall testify or verify the related companies by themselves.

7. GDSE has the right to delete, suspend and update the information contained in the “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List”without making any announcement beforehand. GDSE holds the right to delete and stop publishing the “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List” without giving any notice beforehand.

8. “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List” may be linked to other websites or electronic services, and GDSE will not hold any liabilities for the correctness and appropriate use of the information related to these links. At the same time, GDSE is not responsible for certifying or approving these websites and electronic services.

9. Browsing the “Energy-saving Equipment Supplier List”indicates that users agree that all conflicts shall be handled by the Court of Macau Special Administration Region.

10. If different language versions of this declaration render themselves to different interpretations, only the official language version of this declaration shall be used as valid.

11. GDSE holds the right to amend or explain this declaration, and have it published with the new version overwriting the old one and date clearly stated, without giving notice.
